Do you have your own factory or cooperated factory?
We have our own factory and welcome to visit our factory.

How to confirm the product quality before placing orders?
We’ll provide you the certificate of analysis tested by HPLC, UV, GC, TLC, etc. and also cooperate with independent third party lab, such as SGS, PONY, etc. To make sure the products can meet the standards of CP, EP, USP.

Do you accept sample order?
Yes, we accept 10g to 1kg sample order for you testing the goods. A: For bulk goods, we always offer you the better price, and give some discount in some especial days.

How does your factory control the quality of products?
We have five sets of HPLC instruments to ensure our quality of products.

Do you always have stock in warehouse?
Yes, we always have ready goods in our warehouse to ship the goods fast.

What’s the package and how to store the goods?
Generally,1kg/Aluminum foil bag with PE bag inside; 25kg/drum with double PE bags inside. Storage: Store in cool and dry place, keep away from strong light and heat.

What’s your delivery date?
Actually, we have the stock in our warehouse by most products and will deliver the goods immediately.

How to ship the goods?
A1: By Courier/Express: FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS and around 5-7 days arrive. A2: By Air (airport to airport): Regularly, MOQ is 45kg and about 1-3 days arrive(Depends on your country and airport). A3: By sea (port to port): Normally about 10-35 days arrive (Depends on your country and port).
